3rd night sleeping on the floor. Not good, the novelty has worn off. Want a proper bed.
Breakfast, vegan Japanese? Egg and bacon Mc Muffin may have been better. Before 11am I am a westerner.
But managed to get over it.
Made our way to the Nagano train station and got ourselves on a bullet train to Tokyo.
It is 3 degrees and raining! Still we find out cherry blossom is just breaking out. Magic!
Quiet afternoon then dinner on the 45th floor of the hotel where we meet our fellow travellers. 19 Aussies and 11 poms. Lets see how it pans out.
Looking forward to sleeping in a normal bed.

In the bus and to the fish market. A bit quiet as it is a public holiday and a snow flurry for the weather

We may get templed out as next stop is one of the main temples in Tokyo. Fortunately also touristy so some food spotting and people watching.
Local girls like getting dressed up as Geisha girls

We drive through the city and watch the sleet fall on the people
Long cold wet day, all I want is warm feet. I have an idea to get them warm!
